Maximum Terror reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. You will be denied admittance if you appear to be intoxicated. You are not allowed to bring any alcohol onto the property. No weapons of any kind are allowed on the property. You may not touch the actors or props. The actors in turn will not touch you unless by accident, which does happen in the dark on occasion. If you do not follow these rules you may be asked to leave the premises without a refund.

You should not attend Maximum Terror if you are pregnant, claustrophobic, wearing crutches, have a heart condition, respiratory problems, or back pain. Conditions at Maximum Terror may be dark, damp or wet; lighting may be low or strobe in some areas. Due to the startling nature of the show, please do not attend if you are afraid of the dark, terrify easily, are prone to fainting or seizures, experience panic attacks, or have a heart condition.

Your admission ticket is a revocable license and may be taken from you and admission refused upon refund of purchase price. Holder of this ticket understands that there is inherent risk involved with attending Maximum Terror. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation at Maximum Terror. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into Maximum Terror, holder agrees to release the operator, its parent corporation, affiliates, officers, directors and employees from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly, from attending Maximum Terror or any the attractions at the Maximum Terror location.
